**We will ship all chocolate products from October 15th thru April 15th,.  Maxwell’s claims the right to replace chocolate products with non-chocolate items if the weather is too warm for chocolate shipments.

** If you do not want a personalized label or gift card, deduct $.20 per tin.

** Names and addresses must be sent in an spreadsheet format with each part of the address separated.

** Customers will be billed for any returned product due to incorrect address.
