Maxwell’s senior management team takes an active, hands-on approach to every phase of the business. We supervise daily production runs, packing, shipping, and customer service. Before purchasing, we personally hand pick the largest, tastiest nuts and other natural ingredients, and have recently purchased a leading European chocolate line to ensure our stringent quality standards are met. And there is no outsourcing at Maxwell's - we roast and bake every Maxwell’s product ourselves in our Raleigh, North Carolina facility.
