General

When and where was Maxwell's established?
The story of Maxwell’s began with a hard-working family who had a love for gourmet snacks. In 1993, Don Kempf collaborated with friends and family to develop an upscale nut company that carried only the finest, jumbo nuts in a classic package.

Maxwell’s started off with the intentions of selling only the finest, crunchiest nuts, but after using another company’s products, they realized that the only way to guarantee their customers top quality every time, was to do it themselves. By 1994, Maxwell’s invested in a new facility and equipment and they became a manufacturer. Since, Maxwell’s has re-invented their extraordinary peanut and has expanded their product line to pecans, cashews, chocolates and brittles, all the while keeping it a family owned and operated company.

What makes Maxwell's unique?
At first glance, Maxwell’s stands out above their competitors just by packaging alone. With a classic, marbleized tin, any Maxwell’s product will fit comfortably in any setting, from an executive’s desk to a family’s coffee table. All of our products are made with the finest, largest nuts and ingredients ranging from imported European chocolates to speciality flavorings. What you find inside is what makes Maxwell’s truly extraordinary.

Can you ship to different states and countries?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States and have previously shipped to Germany, France, England, Mexico, Japan, the Caribbean and Canada, just to name a few.

What are your shipping terms?
Our rates are very comparable, depending on your needs and your budget. When you place your order, just let us know how we can customize it to your needs, and we'll offer several options.
