We then roast and bake every MaxwellÕs product ourselves in our Raleigh North Carolina facility to ensure that our exacting quality and freshness standards are met. And we are as constant as the Northern Star when it comes to customer service and delivery.

We make frequent, relatively short production runs by design, therefore our gift basket customers are assured of MaxwellÕs standard of freshness every time. The trade-off is that at times we are temporarily out stock on certain items. This is in stark contrast to other companies who enjoy the efficiencies of mass production and a longer shelf life.
